All Customs and Duties are already already paid for, and you should not incur any additional fees on international orders.
TIMELINES
We use UPS and USPS for all of our orders. The timelines are estimates given by UPS and USPS and can not be guaranteed by SARDINE. The shipping times are in accordance to when the order has been fulfilled, not placed. Orders will be fulfilled within 0-2 business days.
Returns:
Please note all purchases during the Spring Sale from April 19-26 are final.
We know not every style will suit everyone’s fancy. If for some reason your frames don't work out, please email us at info@sardine.net with the subject line RETURN, your order number, and the reason for the return, and we’ll get back promptly with steps for completing your return, including a pre-paid shipping label.
Once an order is delivered, you have 15 days to request a return label. Once a return label has been issued, you have 15 days to ship the package back. We offer returns credited back to the original method of payment, for orders that are shipped back within these windows. Please allow 2-3 days for us to send you a return label. Once your package arrives at the warehouse, please allow 10 days for processing of the return to receive your refund.
In order to receive a full refund, products must be received back by SARDINE in original, like new condition - no exceptions. We’re a small business and appreciate your understanding!
At this time we are unable to offer pre-paid return labels for international orders.
